Vacation Sales Greeter – Brand Ambassador

About the role

The Vacation Sales Greeter will represent Travel + Leisure Co. at trade shows, festivals, and conferences across Puerto Rico, engaging visitors as a brand ambassador for the Hornblower vacation club experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate guest interest at the marketing booth and smoothly hand off qualified leads to the Vacation Package Sales team (approximately 90% of time).
• Maintain a clean, professional booth display and assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment.
• Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required to support event operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual ability (English and Spanish required).
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Sales‑oriented professionalism and ability to handle objections.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or marketing preferred.
