User Acquisition Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing). You will lead efforts to attract and retain new users across paid ads, affiliates, influencer campaigns and organic growth, optimising marketing spend and cost per acquisition. This is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel acquisition strategies: paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing and referral programmes
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, managing budgets, bids and targeting
• Track CPI, CPA and LTV and share insights with stakeholders
• Test new channels, creatives and messaging
• Work with Product, Analytics and Creative teams on product launches and promotions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• About 4 years of experience managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills

• Ad platforms: Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude
• A/B testing
