User Acquisition Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing). You will lead efforts to attract and retain new users across paid ads, affiliates, influencer campaigns and organic growth strategies, optimising marketing spend and minimising cost per acquisition. This is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing and referral programmes
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, managing budgets, bids and targeting
• Track CPI, CPA and LTV and share insights with stakeholders
• Test new channels, creatives and messaging to drive incremental growth
• Work with Product, Analytics and Creative teams on product launches, features and promotions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• About 4 years of experience managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills

Required skills

• Familiarity with ad platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust and Amplitude
• A/B testing methodology
