Turkish Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Turkish‑speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Lisbon office. You will focus on planning, launching and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them reach Turkish‑language audiences while delivering strong ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, set up and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Mobile and Video.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and manage bidding strategies for Turkish‑speaking markets.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Apply Google Ads optimisation tools to meet client objectives and improve ROI.
• Identify trends, growth opportunities and optimisation tactics within accounts.
• Stay current with Google Ads product updates and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client support.
• Maintain compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Turkish with strong English (minimum B2).
• 1‑2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Google Ads Search Certification or similar qualification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and passionate about continuous professional development.
• Advanced computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.
