Trust & Safety Representative (French) – FY26

About the role

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Representative fluent in French to join our team for FY26. The role focuses on ensuring a safe and reliable online environment by reviewing and removing harmful or non‑compliant content.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and flag spam content to improve search result quality.
• Assist victims in removing explicit videos and photographs from global platforms.
• Delete personal identifiable information reported by users from search results.
• Address ad‑blocking issues and enhance ad experiences across the web.
• Review product listings, merchant accounts and web pages for compliance with client shopping policies.
• Tag landing pages and evaluate videos for monetisation eligibility.
• Handle trademark‑related complaints, process authorisations, and escalate ambiguous cases.
• Make judgement calls on photos, videos and text to ensure they meet client terms of service.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Fluent in English (B2) and French (C1); Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and non‑standard hours.
• Strong emotional resilience and stress‑management capabilities.
• Objective decision‑making based on client guidelines, without personal bias.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
