Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to enhance product knowledge for internal teams and external partners in the dermocosmetics sector. Working closely with Medical, Marketing and Sales, you will turn scientific data into engaging training experiences for pharmacists, healthcare professionals and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and deliver scientific and product training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Create and maintain presentations, technical guides and digital learning materials.
• Support Medical and Marketing in developing scientific content for product detailing.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and field training for commercial teams.
• Assist in workshops, webinars and other educational events.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure training content is accurate and consistent with Medical and Regulatory Affairs.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or a related healthcare field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in product training, pharmacy, dermocosmetics or medical detailing.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal as needed.
