Training Partner Manager

About the role

The Training Partner Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of HPE’s Academic Alliance across Puerto Rico and the broader Americas region. This hybrid role combines strategic planning, university relationship management, and program execution to grow the workforce’s technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess market technical‑skills gaps and design plans to train and certify talent on Juniper technologies.
• Develop and deliver scalable engagement plans for new and existing academic partners.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with university stakeholders.
• Produce regular program updates, metrics, and business‑review presentations.
• Coordinate communications, collateral, and web assets to promote courses and certifications.
• Collaborate with Juniper education services, sales, HR, and research teams to align objectives.
• Identify and implement initiatives with clear success metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing client engagement plans.
• Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to academic institutions.
