Territory Sales Manager

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing professional customer accounts within an assigned geographic area. You will work closely with store managers to increase sales of company products and professional program offerings while representing the O'Reilly brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the existing customer base, averaging 18‑22 store visits per day.
• Prospect new professional accounts with 2‑5 cold calls per week.
• Schedule and execute calls using the Sales Call Management Tool and post daily plans at each store.
• Provide product training on programs such as Mitchell1, FirstCall OnLine, CAR, RWT Clinics, and other professional services.
• Address customer service issues, credit collection concerns, and labor claim liaison duties.
• Collaborate with regional managers, district managers, and store managers to ensure excellent service and compliance.
• Travel overnight as needed and work a full‑time schedule starting early mornings and ending after 4:30 p.m.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with professional customers.
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and maintain accurate account records.
• Willingness to travel overnight on an as‑needed basis.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently in the field.
