About the role
You will join Nokia's Global Core Network Team as a Customer Support Specialist, providing worldwide care services for Nokia Cloud Packet Core, Subscriber Data Management and VoX solutions. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands‑on experience with automation, cloud technologies and telecom platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver support for IMS Voice, Packet Core and Cloud Infrastructure platforms.
- Access customer remote sites, review log files and coordinate issue‑resolution tests.
- Gather traces, logs and files, and prepare detailed reports on problems and resolutions.
- Develop expertise in IT security, IP switching & routing, Linux, OpenStack and 3GPP protocols.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive mindset, resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell or similar).
- Understanding of telecommunications or cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Linux, OpenStack, IP switching & routing, IT security and 3GPP protocols.
