Techno‑Functional Consultant – Treasury Management (French Speaking)

About the role

Finastra is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Techno‑Functional Consultant to support Treasury Management, trade processing, and system optimisation initiatives. The role blends functional analysis with technical configuration, ensuring smooth operation of Kondor Trade Processing (KTP) and Corporate Treasury Innovation (CTI) platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for KTP and CTI, providing configuration, support, and optimisation.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, and vice‑versa.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including design, testing, deployment, documentation and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Perform small development and scripting tasks (SQL, shell, Java, XML) and configure interfaces.
• Investigate incidents, support production environments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Back‑Office, IT teams and external vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement and support system optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience as a techno‑functional consultant in finance, treasury, trading or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments and trade lifecycle.
• Ability to learn KTP/CTI quickly if not already known.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented with strong autonomy and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
