Technical SEO Specialist

About the role

OLX is looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to own the organic search health and growth agenda for two key categories within its classifieds platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, acting as the SEO voice in cross‑functional meetings and translating search intelligence into actionable engineering work.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously audit and monitor technical SEO health, including crawlability, indexation, robots directives, Core Web Vitals, and page‑experience signals.
• Implement and maintain structured data, internal linking architecture, and crawl‑budget efficiency.
• Identify and resolve JavaScript rendering issues and dynamic content indexing problems.
• Analyze log files to understand Googlebot behavior at scale.
• Conduct content‑gap analysis, map keyword and intent universes, and benchmark coverage against competitors.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with technical SEO audits and implementation.
• Ability to work independently within a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into prioritised engineering tasks.
