Technical Interior Architect (FF&E Specialist)

About the role

Utopia is seeking a Technical Interior Architect with a focus on FF&E to support the delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects. The role involves creating and coordinating detailed Revit‑based documentation from design development through construction, ensuring the design intent is accurately translated into buildable and procurement‑ready information.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit interior documentation across project stages 2 to 5.
• Develop technical drawing packages including general arrangement plans, layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and custom joinery details.
• Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers.
• Ensure documentation is suitable for tender, procurement, and construction use.
• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments.
• Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and bespoke interior elements.
• Assist with FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior architectural design, preferably in hospitality or residential projects.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architectural).
