Technical Customer Support – Danish speaker (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join a leading travel and tourism BPO in Lisbon. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and providing first‑line technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat and messaging platforms.
• Provide product information and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure all communications follow the company’s tone and standards.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support or internal teams.
• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve service requests.
• Maintain and organise assigned support cases according to team guidelines.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Danish (C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, email, chat and social media.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Capacity to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
