Tech Lead Salesforce – French Language

About the role

Inetum is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead Salesforce who is fluent in French to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality Salesforce solutions. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best‑practice implementation, and act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance.
• Architect scalable, robust solutions while managing technical debt.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs and integration tools.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to guarantee quality, performance, and security.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide advanced technical support to developers and end‑users.
• Identify innovation opportunities and propose continuous improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on Salesforce development best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• More than 7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience guiding development teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving project requirements.
