About the role

As a Team Manager at Louis Vuitton, you will lead a high‑performing sales team in a luxury retail environment, ensuring every client receives a world‑class experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop client relationships, and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage the sales floor, visual merchandising, and client‑facing activities to maximize product performance.
• Drive client repurchase rates and cross‑selling through personalized service and strategic client development.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on business planning, inventory control, and market analysis.
• Deliver training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and customer service quality.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of the luxury market.
• Extensive people‑management experience, preferably in high‑end retail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
