Team Manager – Inside Sales (English/Spanish/Portuguese/French)

About the role

Unlike traditional customer‑service leadership roles, this position combines people leadership, commercial accountability and direct client exposure. You will own performance, coaching and results for a team of Inside Sales Representatives, reporting to account leadership while working closely with recruitment as the team scales.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach and develop a newly formed team of Inside Sales Representatives for the assigned market.
• Drive commercial results and own team KPIs such as conversion, call quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Run daily huddles, 1:1 meetings and performance reviews, identifying coaching needs and career paths.
• Maintain strong client relationships, act as the main escalation point and ensure SLAs and performance targets are met.
• Champion a multicultural and multilingual team culture.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of people‑management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management.
• Proven track record leading sales teams with revenue or conversion targets.
• Native or C2 proficiency in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese, plus business‑level English.
• Comfortable coaching performance and quality metrics in a fast‑scaling, multilingual environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills, able to engage demanding global clients.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate (relocation support provided).
