About the role

Join PwC’s Financial Services Tax practice as a Senior Manager focused on Asset and Wealth Management. You will advise leading financial institutions on local and cross‑border tax matters, support strategic business decisions, and help clients navigate complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advice on domestic and international transactions, including pricing of related‑party services and profit‑sharing arrangements.
• Lead large‑scale tax structuring projects, ensuring compliance with evolving capital‑requirement rules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess operational tax risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior staff, foster inclusive team discussions, and drive knowledge sharing.
• Maintain high standards of professional ethics and uphold PwC’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate tax, preferably within financial services or asset‑management sectors.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous, complex problems and deliver clear solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑border engagements and large project delivery.
