Tax Compliance Specialist – Advisory & Project Management

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Big Four firm to recruit a Tax Compliance Specialist. You will manage a portfolio of domestic and international clients, delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services while supporting business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple tax compliance and advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit corporate tax obligations, including CIT, VAT, Personal Income Tax, Property Tax, COPE and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture strategic client relationships.
• Apply technology and process improvements to increase efficiency across engagements.
• Stay current with tax, legal and business developments affecting client operations.
• Collaborate with team members to foster knowledge sharing and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Taxation, Economics or a related field from a recognised university.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in tax compliance.
• Experience in a consulting environment, preferably within a Big Four or similar firm.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and engage with clients.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
