System Administrator – macOS & Network Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, user‑focused System Administrator to own our internal technical operations. You will act as the primary technical partner for staff, delivering first‑ and second‑line support, handling onboarding and off‑boarding, and ensuring a smooth, friction‑free workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support via Slack, Jira Service Desk, and in‑person interactions.
• Lead IT onboarding and off‑boarding, managing workstation setup, hardware provisioning, and secure system/VPN access configuration.
• Configure, install, and maintain macOS laptops, peripherals, printers, CCTV, access‑control systems, and modern meeting‑room AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, and secure VPN access using Palo Alto Networks.
• Execute daily system health checks, apply critical updates and patches, and manage IT assets in Jira Assets.
• Document incidents and resolutions in Confluence to build a robust internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to escalate complex issues and streamline global support processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, desktop engineering, or system administration.
• Deep technical proficiency with macOS (Windows proficiency is a strong plus).
• Proven ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira Service Desk, Jira Assets, and Confluence.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong service‑oriented mindset and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
