System Administrator

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a System Administrator to manage and modernize mission‑critical technology platforms for a diverse portfolio of global clients. You will work on varied projects, ensuring system reliability, security compliance, and optimal performance across Windows and virtualized environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
• Manage VMware ESX infrastructure, including provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Administer public and private cloud services, supporting client workloads and migrations.
• Monitor system health, respond to tickets, and prioritize assignments to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate future issues.
• Customer‑focused mindset, prioritizing client success and satisfaction.
• Growth‑oriented attitude, eager to develop professionally and acquire new certifications.
