About the role

Join a leading BPO partner supporting a global cruise line brand. As a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Expert, you will handle inbound calls, promote cruise packages, and provide comprehensive support to travelers and travel agents.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls in Swedish.
Sell and upsell cruise packages and related products.
Provide post‑booking support and manage bookings.
Assist travel agents with booking inquiries and management.
Offer information on destinations, vessels, documentation, pricing, and other travel‑related questions.

Required profile

C1 level proficiency in Swedish.
Good English skills (minimum B2).
Mandatory sales experience.
Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
Strong decision‑making ability and a positive outlook.
Willingness to work flexible hours and days.
