About the role

Lisbon Surf Camp is seeking enthusiastic Surf Instructors to join its team in Carcavelos, Portugal. You will deliver high‑quality surf lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels, ensuring safety, fun, and an unforgettable experience on the beach.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and high‑quality surf lessons.
• Teach students of all ages and skill levels.
• Maintain a fun, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Prepare and maintain surf equipment.
• Assist with beach operations and daily logistics.
• Represent the Lisbon Surf Camp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• Certified Surf Instructor (FPS, ISA or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Driving licence preferred.
