Support Level 2 (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Support Level 2 professional to join our technology consulting team. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth incident resolution and high‑quality service delivery across a range of client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and coordinate technical issues in complex production environments.
• Prioritise and resolve support requests from internal users and external service providers.
• Ensure SLA compliance and service quality with third‑party vendors.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Handle escalations and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve timely resolutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support, service delivery or production environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical audiences.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) for daily interaction with service providers and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and managing SLA compliance.

Required skills

• Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networks, telephony, distributed systems).
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN, VoIP, VoWiFi technologies.
• Capacity planning and impact analysis for infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with monitoring or metrology tools.
• Background in software engineering, DevOps or cloud environments.
