Supply Officer

About the role

As a Supply Officer within Airbus Global Business Services, you will manage a portfolio of suppliers, anticipate risks and drive mitigation actions, and support the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay process. You will work closely with internal customers and external partners to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain that aligns with Airbus' sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management of the supplier portfolio using existing tools and emerging digital solutions.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, monitor performance, and lead supplier recovery actions.
• Control demand and forecast, and optimise ordering characteristics and strategies.
• Drive process automation and use data‑management tools to inform supply‑chain decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate priorities and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Solid experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or design engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a collaborative team ethic.
• Excellent communication skills at all business levels; English required, German a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
