Supply Chain & Quality Specialist (Raw Material Help Desk)

About the role

Airbus is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Quality Specialist to join the Raw Material Help Desk (RMHD) project in Lisbon. You will support the Supply Chain Quality Managers (SCQMs) by managing material disruptions and ensuring continuity of raw material supply across the Airbus Group.

Key responsibilities

• Register, challenge, monitor and report on requests from SCQMs.
• Maintain and improve the global distributors/brokers database.
• Interact regularly with stockists and SCQMs to resolve material shortages.
• Track operational performance of internal activities and identify process improvements.
• Act as the RMHD focal point for Manufacturing Flow Teams (MFTs) when required.

Required profile

• Reactive, dynamic and target‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Good knowledge of quality processes and experience in market prospection.
• Experience handling material disruptions or similar supply‑chain support functions.
