Supply Chain Operations Manager – eCommerce (US & EU)

About the role

SerlinoLab is scaling rapidly, targeting €30M in revenue by 2026. We need a hands‑on Supply Chain Operations Manager to own and accelerate our end‑to‑end supply chain for both US and EU direct‑to‑consumer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Translate sales forecasts into detailed production plans for the factory and lab, generate purchase orders and monitor runs.
• Manage global logistics – book ocean, air and land freight, optimise container loads and oversee the freight forwarding partner.
• Own the relationship with 3PL providers in Italy and the US, including the upcoming transition to a new Italian 3PL.
• Maintain the live supply‑chain system, ensuring all production runs, PO statuses, inventory movements and shipments are accurate and actionable.
• Map, document and scale the entire supply‑chain process from raw material to last‑mile delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a full eCommerce supply chain in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ownership mindset – you build systems, not just follow them.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site visits, particularly to Italy.
• Comfort with remote‑first teams and rapid decision‑making.
