Supervisor Operativo de Post Venta

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Post‑Sale Operations Supervisor to lead the Services, Contracts and Installations area. The role ensures efficient execution of post‑sale operations, coordinates technical staff, manages resources and upholds quality, safety and customer‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Services, Contracts and Installations, meeting operational targets.
• Coordinate and dispatch technical personnel according to business priorities.
• Track repairs, installations and contracts to guarantee timely and efficient execution.
• Manage inventory of vehicles, tools, equipment and materials assigned to the area.
• Monitor and analyse performance indicators using Power BI to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated cases and provide operational support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other support functions to ensure integrated and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Associate or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience supervising technical staff or service teams.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret management indicators and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and results‑driven mindset.
