Supervisor Damage Claims – French Speaker

About the role

You will lead the Damage team at SIXT, overseeing the full lifecycle of damage claims across all markets. This position blends operations, claims management, and partner coordination in a data‑driven environment, offering you the chance to drive process improvements and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end handling of damage cases, ensuring timely processing and high‑quality standards.
• Track, analyse and report operational trends, sharing insights with stakeholders and implementing corrective actions.
• Structure and coordinate workflows for international teams, including daily/weekly planning and regular meetings.
• Serve as the main interface between internal departments (Operations, Claims, Customer Service) and external partners (repair providers, insurance companies).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations at all times.
• Monitor team performance, conduct training sessions and support continuous development.

Required profile

• Background in operations, claims, damage handling or a related commercial field.
• Proven experience coordinating or leading teams, working independently and reliably.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive approach to complex cases.
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and alignment.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working with operational data and reporting tools.
