Strategic Projects Executive – CEO Office

About the role

The Strategic Projects Executive will work directly with the CEO to drive high‑impact initiatives that shape the future of Delnext. This role combines strategic analysis, cross‑functional leadership and hands‑on project delivery within a fast‑moving transport‑technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and solve critical organisational challenges across departments.
• Plan, execute and monitor strategic business initiatives from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with department heads and the executive team to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
• Produce data‑driven analyses that support the development of business strategy.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources while coordinating external consultants when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline; an MBA is highly valued.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, consultancy or business strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership mindset with a collaborative, cross‑functional approach.
