Strategic Learning Expert – Hybrid

About the role

EDP is seeking a senior Learning Expert to act as a trusted strategic partner, shaping and delivering scalable learning solutions that support the company’s ambition to be all‑green by 2030. The role will blend learning design, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to create a future‑ready, learner‑centric ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate priorities into impactful learning journeys.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end learning programs, from needs assessment through deployment, communication, and impact evaluation.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive learning offer that aligns with corporate strategy and enhances employee experience.
• Drive corporate learning initiatives that foster a strong learning culture and increase engagement.
• Create integrated communication and engagement strategies in partnership with Communication, Branding, HRBPs, Talent, and Global Business Services.
• Lead the development of global frameworks, capability models, and strategic learning programs.
• Facilitate co‑creation workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment forums with senior stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of market trends, digital innovations, and emerging learning methodologies, bringing best practices into the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic learning partner or similar senior learning‑and‑development role.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into measurable learning solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of building and scaling learning ecosystems in large, complex organizations.
