Strategic Communication Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Communication Designer to turn complex thinking into clear, compelling communication. The role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, design and business communication, supporting proposals, RFP responses, executive presentations and client‑facing narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape narratives for proposals, pursuits, RFP responses, executive presentations and client engagements.
• Transform complex information into structured, easy‑to‑understand stories and visual frameworks.
• Create presentations, diagrams, and other communication assets that aid decision‑making.
• Partner with consultants, strategists, designers and business leaders to strengthen client‑facing communication.
• Develop reusable storytelling frameworks, templates and communication standards.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve speed and quality of communication design.

Required profile

• Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives for senior audiences.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a consulting or product‑studio environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to distill complex ideas into simple messages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
