Store Manager – Retail Beauty

About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf you will lead a dynamic retail team in the hair and beauty sector, ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a tailored solution for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and manage store associates, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with CosmoProf’s four pillars: Education, Product, Inspiration and Community.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by overseeing daily operations, budgeting, expense control, and inventory management.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Develop and coach staff through continuous learning and product education.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of sales‑management experience.
• Proven experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; cosmetology license is a plus but not mandatory.
