Specialist GBS Account & Sales Operations (French Speaker)

About the role

The Specialist GBS Account & Sales Operations role supports the business in achieving its sales and market strategy. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth order processing, communication, and issue resolution while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account operations support to assigned customers across all communication channels (email, tickets, phone).
• Prepare order‑related analyses and respond to customer or sales requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, AS&O, Finance, Order Fulfilment and other departments on returns, complaints, scheduled deliveries, cancellations, launches, promotions, and procurement.
• Monitor credit‑blocked orders and coordinate credit limit increases with Finance and Sales.
• Manage the order book, prioritize deliveries, monitor electronic receipts for errors and correct them using provided tools.
• Track carrier and parcel deliveries and ensure timely, complete delivery.
• Support colleagues across Accounts & Sales Operations, stand in for team members, and contribute to process improvements and control implementations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively solve problems, and handle pressure, deadlines, and conflicting priorities.
• Understanding of cost structures and sales generation.
• Process‑oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Business Objects.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Advanced written and spoken French.
