Spare Parts Demand Planner

About the role

Bosch Aveiro, part of the Bosch Group, is hiring a Spare Parts Demand Planner (f/m/div.). You will help ensure the right spare parts are available at the right time while keeping inventory efficient and supporting a reliable supply chain. The role combines demand and material planning, inventory management and data analysis for the Central Warehouse for Spare Parts (CWS) and Local Distribution Centers (LDCs), working with internal stakeholders, local markets and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and procure spare parts for the CWS and LDCs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Keep spare parts availability high while managing inventory levels efficiently, balancing service requirements and costs.
• Maintain and optimise master data and planning parameters to support MRP in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as service level, inventory level and incoming goods claims, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Anticipate material availability and supply issues, coordinate solutions and escalate critical topics.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes by maintaining master data and coordinating initial stock requirements.
• Collaborate with local markets and cross-functional teams to resolve logistics and supply challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in demand planning, material planning, inventory management, procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with material availability and inventory planning is valued; international or global organisation experience is an advantage.
• Very good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MRP processes and supply chain planning principles.
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S/4 or comparable ERP systems.
• Analytical skills and ability to turn supply chain data and KPIs into actions.
• Understanding of inventory management, master data and planning parameters.
