Spanish Speaking Customer Support Agent (Airline)

About the role

Join a leading airline as a Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Agent based in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them with reservations, inquiries and issues through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multilingual customer support via calls, emails and live chat.
• Handle information, sales inquiries, complaints and regulatory‑escalated cases.
• Manage bookings: create, modify or cancel reservations.
• Support back‑office operations such as ticket issuance, changes and cancellations.
• Deliver accurate, real‑time information to enable informed customer decisions.
• Exceed expectations by creating memorable, positive experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar customer service role.
• Spanish at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Experience in tourism or travel services is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
