About the role
The project supports the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, aiming to strengthen cooperation in the space sector across Africa. We are looking for a Non‑Key Expert to lead activities on satellite navigation, GNSS, augmentation systems and satellite connectivity.
Key responsibilities
- Support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems.
- Develop and promote satellite connectivity solutions and space‑based applications across Africa.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications or related applications.
- At least 4 years of experience with satellite‑navigation or connectivity applications (GNSS, SBAS, aviation, maritime, satellite broadband).
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Galileo, EGNOS and IRIS².
- Excellent command of English; French or Portuguese considered an asset.
