Spa & Wellness Manager

About the role

The Spa & Wellness Manager supports the strategic and daily operations of our luxury spa, working closely with the Spa Director to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This hands‑on leader ensures a serene, welcoming atmosphere while overseeing service quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in supervising all spa operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead the spa team—including front desk, therapists, aestheticians, attendants, and support staff.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness through regular inspections.
• Schedule team members to guarantee proper coverage and efficient service delivery.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and training aligned with Wyndham service standards.
• Manage product inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and expense control.
• Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and events to boost revenue and guest engagement.
• Monitor retail sales performance and encourage product promotion.
• Assist with group bookings and special events execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in spa or wellness management, preferably in a resort or luxury hospitality setting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of spa treatments, services, products, and industry trends.
• Experience in team leadership, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with spa software systems and guest service standards.
