Software Engineer – SaaS Anti-Money Laundering Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a driven Software Engineer to help build our SaaS‑based anti‑money‑laundering platform. You will work on cutting‑edge solutions that enable organisations to fight financial crime and protect the world from illicit funds.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features that orchestrate complex workflows and support large‑scale data migrations.
• Participate in scrum teams, contribute to technical and architectural decisions, and occasionally lead discussions.
• Write automated tests and take ownership of system quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists and other software engineers across the tribe.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing production‑grade Kotlin or Java applications.
• Familiarity with a range of programming languages and paradigms, and ability to share knowledge.
• Experience with high‑scale APIs, data processing pipelines, containerisation and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with testing, build and deployment tooling (setup a plus).
• Understanding of logging, monitoring and alerting tools (setup a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
