Software Engineer – Porto

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our Porto office and contribute to the development of enterprise cloud CX solutions. You will work on the full software development lifecycle, delivering high‑quality, maintainable code for applications that power our global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test new features using C# and TypeScript.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure it follows internal standards.
• Participate in code reviews, team ceremonies and collaborative planning.
• Support deployment, release management and documentation of software releases.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine specifications.
• Ensure software performance, scalability and reliability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least one year of commercial software development experience.
• Strong motivation to work in a team‑oriented, professional environment.
• Ability to deliver reliable software that meets customer requirements.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proactive attitude towards problem solving.
