Software Engineer – Build Large‑Scale Platforms

About the role

We are looking for software engineers to join our small, high‑performing teams (max five members) and help build custom, large‑scale software platforms for leading European companies. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and work on the full software lifecycle, from design to operation, while collaborating closely with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software services.
• Operate and monitor production systems, applying improvements based on user feedback and usage data.
• Collaborate with customers to iteratively refine product offerings.
• Participate in end‑to‑end ownership of features within a small engineering team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Professional experience with Go, C/C++, Python or Java.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Bonus: Master’s or PhD, solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, experience with Kotlin, TypeScript/JavaScript, front‑end frameworks, functional programming languages, cloud‑based distributed systems, machine learning, data science or competitive programming.
