Social Media Manager

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Social Media Manager to design and execute innovative social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive growth in followers, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure social efforts align with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and short‑form video content that reflects the brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to refine campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce cohesive, high‑quality posts.
• Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting ability with a clear understanding of brand voice.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to turn data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms for campaign optimization.
