Social Media Manager

About the role

Kube, a curated coworking space for founders, freelancers and growing companies, is looking for a Social Media Content Manager who lives and breathes social media. You will be responsible for turning trends into engaging Instagram and TikTok content that reflects the brand’s high standards and community spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Create and produce original content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them into compelling posts and videos.
• Film and edit high‑quality short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks) from concept to final cut.
• Generate fresh, creative ideas to grow Kube’s social presence.

Required profile

• Deep passion for Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Proven hands‑on experience filming and editing video content, showcased in a portfolio.
• Strong creative eye, proactive mindset and a constant flow of ideas.
• Experience managing or growing social media accounts.
• Availability for an ongoing freelance collaboration and ability to attend the office 2–3 times per month.
