Social Media Content Creator & Designer

About the role

This position is for a creative professional based in Portugal who blends strong visual design abilities with a deep understanding of social media. You will craft human‑centered, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads, using both traditional tools and emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, edit, and deliver short‑form videos, reels, shorts, motion graphics, static designs, thumbnails, and advertising creatives.
• Develop hooks, scripts, subtitles, and visual concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Produce and refine AI‑generated content while ensuring a natural, authentic brand voice.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into executable creative assets for B2B audiences.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the creative process.
• Continuously experiment with new formats, tools, and approaches to improve content quality and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience creating social media content.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a focus on authenticity and audience engagement.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to process improvement.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable video editing software)
• Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static design work
• Proficiency with AI content creation tools
