SOC Analyst L1/L2 – Security Operations Center

About the role

Devoteam Cyber Trust is looking for a highly skilled Senior Security Operations Engineer to work as a Tier 1/2 analyst in its Security Operations Centre. You will protect the environment by investigating alerts, responding to incidents, and proactively hunting threats while supporting a global identity‑management organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current on emerging threats and continuously improve security procedures.
• Participate in an off‑hours on‑call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Resolve security cases within defined SLAs and produce detailed incident reports.
• Conduct front‑line investigations of alerts, coordinate with partner teams, and assess risk impact.
• Monitor investigations, apply remedial actions, and perform threat hunting using intelligence and analytics.
• Act as escalation point for associate analysts and guide complex cases.
• Join the global incident response team for major incidents and contribute to post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tier 1/2 analyst in Security Operations with end‑to‑end investigation capability.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and awareness of cybersecurity trends.
• Ability to work on‑call and manage time effectively in high‑pressure environments.
• Experience operating within SLA‑driven frameworks and producing high‑quality technical documentation.
