About the role
Zendesk is looking for a motivated SMB Account Executive who is fluent in French and English to expand its customer base in Australia. You will be responsible for hunting new opportunities, closing deals of various sizes, and building long‑term relationships that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and develop strategies for account expansion.
- Manage and nurture existing relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and promote additional Zendesk products.
- Use data insights, customer intent, and adoption history to prospect and retain clients.
- Lead competitive sales cycles with strong communication and value‑selling techniques.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and execution.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and revenue targets.
Required profile
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Native French speaker with fluent English.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B SaaS sales or solution engineering experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and expand customer relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal‑closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative attitude, and drive for continuous growth.
