Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at PMI focuses on improving the reliability, operability, and observability of production services. You will work on live systems, troubleshoot complex incidents, and implement automation to make services more dependable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Configure dashboards, alerts, and log views using SRE tooling and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Investigate production issues, provide incident support, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and support Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Leverage AI‑assisted capabilities such as anomaly detection and noise reduction in observability workflows.
• Interact with external vendors for tooling integration, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with production systems and operational troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and apply defined SRE standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in AI‑enhanced observability.
