Site Manager Wind Turbine Installation

About the role

Mecwide Group’s Renewables division, Vindur, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead wind turbine installation projects across Europe. You will be responsible for coordinating on‑site teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on‑site installation team for wind turbine projects.
• Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and logistics to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver daily progress reports to the client and Project Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven field‑level experience in wind turbine installation (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with Enercon and/or Nordex turbines (mandatory).
• Mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Full availability for international deployment (mandatory).
• Eligible to work in Portugal and the European Union (mandatory).
• GWO BST certification.
