Site Manager – Steel Structures & Facades

About the role

agap2 indústria is expanding its steel construction business and seeks a Site Manager to lead the installation of large‑scale steel structures, roofing and façade systems on projects based in Lisbon. The role combines on‑site supervision, coordination of multiple trades, and close interaction with engineering and project management teams to ensure timely, safe, and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the execution of steel structures, roofing and façade works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction teams to align with project schedules.
• Monitor progress, quality, deadlines and site activities, producing regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) standards and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and project management departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing installation of steel structures, roofing and façade systems.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control and HSE requirements.
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union and willingness to travel to project sites.
