Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead all on‑site activities for a global electro‑mechanical equipment and services supplier. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site operations covering cost, schedule, quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Monitor installation and commissioning to guarantee technical performance, HSE compliance and budget adherence.
• Represent the company’s interests on‑site and act as the primary project representative.
• Plan and manage site mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Lead Installation Supervisors and all site personnel, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and external staff.
• Document deviations, prepare non‑conformance reports and promptly report potential claims.
• Organise regular site meetings, record minutes and provide progress updates.
• Drive strong HSE practices and coordinate logistics and procurement with the purchasing team.
• Maintain effective communication with the home office, customers and subcontractors throughout execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on mechanical or electrical construction sites.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on projects worldwide.
