Site Manager

About the role

JLL, a leading multinational real estate services consultancy, is seeking a Site Manager for its Tétris division, which specializes in architecture and fit‑out projects for commercial, retail, hotel and office spaces. The role involves overseeing construction sites from planning through delivery, ensuring projects meet budget, quality and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction work, aligning with budget, schedule, quality standards and JLL’s brand image.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and service providers, handling selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Prepare internal construction control documents, cost plans, production dashboards, procedures and planning tools.
• Monitor provisional receipts, close accounts, analyse deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Obtain all necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance for each project.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or supervision.
• Experience in retail or office construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
• Experience using MS Project for planning and scheduling.
